I think the DS-S9 is going to be relegated to the status of travel razor as it was cheap, does the job, but doesn't quite have that special something. Thanks to @p.b for the soap. Nice to be reacquainted with an old favourite.​

Potentially not P. Nearly 4 years in to this game and I still struggle to describe a specific razor type that I favour. On one side of the spectrum I like my DE89 and AS-D2 but also enjoy some of the more assertive offerings. There's probably something common across them that appeals to me but I couldn't describe what it is.

Bottom line is never take razor advice from me as I'm all over the shop :laugh:

My first shave in the motorhome.
The shave was good, but I've got to be careful to not activate the shower tap - it was an unexpected experience!
