First use of the AP Co shave G5C 26mm knot. Despite being set high the knot resists splaying. I might have to try it in a handle with a wider bore hole. I’ll try the 24mm tomorrow.

Aftershave: Old Spice Original

Hampshire Wool Fat soap has quickly become a firm favourite and with these participants the result was never in doubt, a fine BBS+, 9.5/10. A generous splash of Old Spice Original AS to round off has almost finished the bottle.

Potentially not P. Nearly 4 years in to this game and I still struggle to describe a specific razor type that I favour. On one side of the spectrum I like my DE89 and AS-D2 but also enjoy some of the more assertive offerings. There's probably something common across them that appeals to me but I couldn't describe what it is.

Bottom line is never take razor advice from me as I'm all over the shop

Out of curiosity have you tried the Rockwell 6s ?

I kinda start to like the MdC Nature soap a lot! The sample I received will last me at least until next week, you don't need much of it for a good shave.
