It’s looking that way man. Finn at Slickboys says it shouldn’t affect what they’re importing in but I wonder if it’ll reflect in higher prices.

Well, there's always Shipito and such, but I don't really like using such services.

I think even ShipTo and services like this will be affected by it. They’d still have to set up the VAT to collect it at their end.

Unlikely. They are part of the fulfilment process. The sales transaction still takes place between end consumer and retailer

Debatable as the service is both provided and consumed outside the UK and from what I can see, this type of transaction isn't even covered in the legislation / regulations
The whole thing is a poorly conceived mess

Steve from Alpha Shaving pointed out on Facebook that he just has to fill out a form to register for the new system and that it's pure laziness on behalf of Italian barber. The. 72 Lupo is out of stock already and I won't be going back to them now even if they do resume shipping unfortunately.

I’m sure they‘ll find a way to sell their products in the UK. Right now the demand is huge in the US, so there’s no need to rush it, it seems.
I started to order the .72 filling the form and then the internet died here. 3 hrs later it came back and everything (.72) was sold out. Only a few .95 left in my prefered configuration so ordered it on the spot with-out much thought.
I’ll sure it can be passed on if I don’t like it...

I see it much the same as you. Besides, who wants to look into taxation laws and whatnott over new years and the holiday season....particularly when Italianbarber has a UK distributor anyway.
