I have heard other people say there is a fee I think to use the scheme , and then you would of course have to account for the VAT and then pay it over, so a bit more than a form I think.
Razorock already have distribution into the UK via their European distributor , so I guess they take the view that it is better to use that channel , also good for the UK businesses that carry Razorock as they get some profits.

I’ll be honest their response really f#cked me off! I was a big fan of the Game Changer and was going to buy the Lupo but now they can go and shove it where the Sun don’t shine.

The VAT situation at the moment is unclear and potentially very burdensome. If I were a business in these circumstances, I would give serious consideration to doing the same. Blame UK Government if anybodyThey seem really bothered

Don't worry, Rob one of the RR guys is like that..he's very laconic to say the least. I have bought a lot of stuff from IB way before Brexit and so on and when asking about new products or whatever he didn't seem to give a sh**. I don't think he's necessarily a bad guy just his personality I guess..though, I can understand why you'd feel a bit annoyed. They have some other sales/customer service staff who are of a much more "sunny" disposition and seem to appreciate questions ect..I’ll be honest their response really f#cked me off! Not the best response though..I felt like that a few times.. Like I would say "Hi Razorock I love whichever product" and the response would be like whatever I'm busy haha.

This government have made a mess of many things and I will not defend them. I was very interested in replies to a similar post on Facebook from Steve at Alpha brushes to get a vendors perspective. He was saying that he's complying with the new measures and that it's straightforward. Was very blunt about Italian barbers stance too

This guy Joe at Italian barber is the owner.
