I don't know how it is in the UK, but here in Germany the endeavor to keep customers informed tends more and more to get absurd.
8 emails with confirmations, tracking updates and so on since the order on Monday just for this little brush stand for a few Euros.

It's a very good soap, Avnish, but so are many others. I wouldn't say it's a standout one, though.
