First time I've seen an "Osger" razor but I do have a Sheffield "Osgar" blade (Osborne & Garrett). Yours is much more stylish and if it's Japanese as I think it might be it'll shave with the best for sure!

Razor: Taylor Witness "Yorkshire Bite", 13/16, near wedge (honed on La Nouvelle Veine coti. For me Early Sheffields + Coti = Happiness).
Brush: ShedEleven oak/boar.
Soap: Rasozero (Tcheon Fung Sing) Tobacco (going through a tobacco scent phase at the moment :)).
A/S: Vitos Tobacco.

Yorkshire bite. Love it!
According to the Yorkshire Garland Group (folksong data base):

"The term ‘bite’ used as a synonym for ‘trick’ was in common use in England in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries but was obsolete by 1890. It was proverbially a ‘Yorkshire Bite’ as Yorkshiremen were renowned for their astute business dealings and if you got the worst of a business deal you had had ‘a Yorkshire Bite laid upon you’."
