Your coffee brewing method

I have a fantastic local coffee roaster a few minutes away. So I buy fresh beans and grind them at home in my Eureka Mignon Cronos flat burr grinder. My everyday brew method is with the Bialetti Brikka stove top. It's basically an upgraded Moka with a small valve that creates 3 bar pressure and produces more foam (not quite a crema) than the Moka. It's awesome, simple to use and makes great coffee.

Today's bean of choice was some Costa Rican Azelea, perfect for the Sunday morning wake up.

saw this in Tesco yesterday and thought I would give it a go being roasted in Devon. Had a look online this morning and surprisingly it’s £6 on line but £4.95 in Tesco. Very nice cup of Coffee.

Going to buy more of this, Mrs Saint likes it too.

Looks like everyone is still enjoying their coffee.
I have been quite happy with my Porlex mini and Aeropress.
But was looking into things and saw a good price on a better grinder.
Timemore C2. Plus have picked up a V60. A whole new world that I did not know existed.
Fun times.
