I came across this soap on sale at Shaving Station reduced from £18.99 to £12.50 which was enough to get this tight Yorkshire man to let the Moths out of his wallet and splash out a little.
I went for the citrus based Italian Orchard, I'm a lover of Citrus scents in my soaps and I find the freshness and zing it offers is to my nose more appealing than woody Oud based scents these days. The citrus is clean but there is a Frankincense in the background which gives the citrus a good depth though it isn't overwhelming
The tub is a nice deep Grey sturdy plastic and has good graphics which would have great shelf appeal if it was sat among other soaps, The colour of the Wolf's eyes gives a little nod to the scent in the soap a nice clever touch. The tub isn't particularly wide though but is more than acceptable for loading from and in practice I had no trouble from it. After soaking my Shavemac brush and flicking out the excess I set about loading the soap. The lather explodes with this soap and as my brush was a little on the dry side the resulting lather had a Marshmallow texture to it I applied it to my face and it soon became apparent it is a thirsty little number I kept adding water from the tips of the brush and it loosened and turned into a really thick, slick, glossy lather which was perfect for giving the Feather blade I was using in a Tatara the cushion and glide it needed.
I really enjoyed this soap and for the price it was a good buy I have nothing but praise for it. Great shaving soap. Update; Since writing this review the price has dropped to £11.50 per tub, even better value.

I have only tried a sample and I was very pleased with it. The lather was slick, rich and the shave was great. The scent (Silk Road) wasn't really my favorite, it wasn't bad but not something I would buy compared to others. With this reduced price I just might get myself a Pine-o-mite or Morning Glory....

Wolfpac announced in May it's closing it's doors.
All good things must come to an end! It hasn’t been an easy decision but to all of our friends and followers we have decided to shut down Wolfpac Shaving . What started off as a hobby, quickly grew and before we knew it we were selling our shaving soaps worldwide. We had no idea how our products would be received, thankfully many of you have enjoyed using our shaving soap, and for this we are truly grateful . Thank you for making Wolfpac Shaving a success
Had a chat with the owner trough emails about Pine-O-Mite which I got, anyway here's what he said:
Yes, unfortunately we are closing up, the business was actually doing pretty well, just that we have had a change in personal
circumstance and unfortunately we dont have the time to dedicate to it fully.

We may re-open again in the future if circumstances change.
Their soaps perform really really well and are for me, one of the best vegan soaps I have tried so far. Sad to see them go.
I had a concern with Pine-O-Mite as I mostly smelled lavender in it although there is no lavender in the notes :)
