What's the dinner tonight?

For Tuesday we will have ham and Swiss cheese sandwiches on rye bread with air fryer done French fries. The ham will be shaved Sikorski Grandpa Polish deli ham topped with Armstrong hint of hazelnut Swiss cheese. Can't forget the malt vinegar for the French fries.

A fake out dinner from Charlie Bigham. This was the chilli con carne. Was very nice without too much spice.

The wife found a hanger steak on the WholeFoods delivery site. Never seen one at a grocery before, only had them at restaurants. Cooked real nice. If someone told me it was Wagyu I don’t think I’d know the difference. Sort of a similar gamey/fatty. Paired with bacon and shallot lentils.
