No they are soft boiled and I scoop them from the Shell onto my buttered bread.Nothing like Egg Mayonaisse.

One thing I love about this forum is the international membership that expands my culinary experience.

The wife made chicken and veggies with rice. Lots turmeric, garlic and ginger. Sesame oil. Fresh herbs, onions, carrots, Napa cabbage, cashews, almonds, etc.

Went out to favorite Mexican Joint, had a Pork Quesadillas, it was wonderful, the salsa was wonderful, the Dark Mexican Beer was wonderful.
