What's the dinner tonight?

For Sunday dinner, the Boss is doing up a couple of thick cut bacon wrapped filet mignons on a cast iron skillet. They will be served with air fryer done jacket/baked spuds and a vegetable (corn on the cob)

The wife’s been proofing dough for a few days.

Came out real nice. Sort of a deep-dish/focaccia consistency. Nicely browned. She cooked the dough a bit, then brought it back out for toppings.

It's fabulous. I know what you mean about dough. We always buy pizza dough then roll it ourselves Bread stuff can be v hard
