What to have someone bring from the US?

@Batch300 Moon and Viking, tried them yourself? Looks like Moon is one of the latest fads, but all of the Viking soaps have reviews all dating back a couple of years.

@p.b Tried GD serums?

Unfortunately not but the reviews are consistently glowing plus you'll have zero problems selling it if you don't like it. However, given the standard of the GD soaps I'd be very surprised if it was outstanding.

I will try the Moon soap in April. Sounds like a one woman bath & body soap shop that expanded to shaving soap.

I have tried the Viking Ragnar soap in the past. Appears to be a one man shop that found the wet shaving rabbit hole and started to make soap years ago. After no updates for a long time, active again and new formula.

In terms of shipping costs for small artisans, USPS International shipping cutoff is 8.0 oz for the lowest rate - add $10 at 8.1 oz. Some 5oz and all 6oz shaving creams excede the 8.0 oz with jar and shipping box.

Picked one up. I'll try and decant a sample for you if and when it reaches me.

Right, that's two APR sets, one CRSW set, a GD rejuvenating serum, and a BR Waves ASL bagged. Now let's hope the hotel has its house in order and the suitcase enough space.

Enough software for a good while. As if I needed any more :surrender:

Thanks for all input!

I was torn between Barbiere Sapone and Olfactory Hue. Chose the latter. Glide base.
Good call - Olfactory Hue is probably my top choice from CRSW. And that's saying something as I've never had a bad scent from CRSW. Larry is the only US soap maker who seems to appreciate that less is often more.
