What to have someone bring from the US?

Thought I was in the acquisitions thread initially... Was wondering why everyone had been splurging all of a sudden and Wayne's comment was a real head scratcher :laugh:

I would bring from the US some Ariana & Evans Soap along with that e aftershave lotions.

Some Wholly Kaw King of Our.

Some King Barrister Excelsior base and some Glissant.

In general, I would grab half the store of Maggards to be sure I didn't miss anything. Hehe

Honestly I don't think soaps are worth bringing back unless you are desperate for any particular product. Most can be had from Maggards and they don't rip folk off for postage, so you aren't saving much if you bring back soaps. Razors, well most aren't stocked in bricks and mortar stores and can only be had online. Brushes are the same. Honestly if you can get anything more usefull than Stormy Daniels and I have seen several of her staring roles, many many have moved me :wink: I'd like to see it.

I'm still not sure how likely I am to be hit by import tax, but if I am, I'd rather pick up soaps while travelling than have them shipped. Sounds like your experience is that getting taxed isn't common, though?

Michael Avenatti, ex-lawyer for Stormy Daniels, arrested on extortion charges. He was also charged with wire and bank fraud in a separate case in Los Angeles, where prosecutors said he embezzled money from a client. Stormy has poor taste in lawyers and intelligent film critics.

I’m with @Wayne: if you can get it from Maggards there no point getting while you’re in the States. It’s just aftershaves and non-Maggards soaps that are worthwhile. The other complication is making sure it arrives at the hotel while your colleague is staying there.

I've never been hit with taxes on small parcels from Maggards. Ordering 1 or 2 soaps from them is a no-brainer
