What made your day a crap one?

I've only had the aura once, it was quite frightening at the time because I didn't know what it was.
Interestingly for the last couple of years I've only had low-grade migraines, the pain is much reduced and it's a day or two of being headachy rather than eight hours lying in the dark wishing for death. The reason that this is interesting is that for the last two years I've been on mirtazapine for my insomnia, it turns out that there is some evidence for its use as a prophylactic against recurrent headaches and migraine. Perhaps it's helping my migraines too.

if i have 1 of my migraines my head hurts from the back of my head wrapping to the front just above my eye and besides this happy thing also all my teeth on that side (the upper ones) start to pulsate on my hartbeat like they are all infected (which they aren't obeviosly) so happy days when this happens...not
