What did we learn from our last shaves?

What did your last shave teach you or make you realize? Does your technique need work? Do you love that soap or razor? Lets hear it.

My last shave taught me that a Feather Pro Super in the Cobra Classic gives me an incredibly close and lasting shave.

That I forgot how good a La Toja stick is. Smells great and lathers easily.

That as much as I am really enjoying a monthly razor rotation, I'm gutted to be leaving the Fatboy in July. It's given me the best ever DE shaves ever for the whole month.

Basically I learned I need to check better there are not hairy patches left before I rinse off and put some witch hazel on..... too late to do something about it then

I've learned that I only have two razors that give me a shave so close, that I don't feel the need to shave 24 hours later:
Bunny V3 injector
Gillette Fusion Proshield Flexball
I'm surprised.

Don't be stingy when loading the brush for face lathering, even if the soap is pot 1 of 50 and never to be repeated.

I was reminded how good Palmolive Classic shave cream is. A steal at the price.

Don't leave your blade exactly where you expect to find it! Wife will tidy and you'll ruin the ambience!
