Salamander "Our Wedge" 4/8 (previously pictured)

This has always been a good performer. It was prepared using 3m lapping films, a yellow Coticule 8k and a Thuringian 12K stone followed by .3 micron film and 12k diamond pasted balsa or 14K grit. Never got one, but those synthetic 20K stones were always something I wanted to experiment with when I was prepping these razors.

Well, you’re correct, it is the smallest blade I own. It was gifted to me so I use it, albeit very infrequently . It does remove whiskers though It’s not something I would have purchased. Since as I said it was given to me I bring it out about once a year. It’s a 4/8 blade. I‘m usually using 5/8 or larger which are the vast majority of my straight razors.Thanks for being so observant:)
