Whenever I see one of these brushes I am put through mental anguish as I used to have the blue version (loveliness incarnate) but sold it as the knot was a smidgen wonky. This was before I knew what was worth keeping hold of ... the only positive was I made a stonking profit.

Glad you made a profit. It is my most least used brush. I like the handle but hate the floppy knot with oversized bloom.

A simple shave and face lather for a weekend away in Blackpool/St. Anne’s. As usual I took my trusty little EJ Kevin and as usual wondered why I don’t use it more than as a travel razor. A lovely started to a chilled weekend with my family and a best mate of mine’s family we haven’t seen in ages. A more sedate Night on the Town, than the last few times I’d been out in Blackpool a few years ago but great none the less!

Well man what a shave a straight 10 although not for the purists.

Iv only used this Razor once before and i described it as the best shave iv ever had but the razor is soulless & boring and everything in between that makes me not want to use it but the reality is the build quality & the shave itself is second to none
infact these one blade razors could be the ultimate razor for people that don’t want to be like us and try different products.
Fug it i’m going to use it more often & get it in a rotation, i’m not a purist.
The Soap for me is up there with my best scents and this is 100% one of my desert island soaps,
but that’s ok it’s a big desert island and just about every soap i have is my desert island soap
Anyway lads The Purists won’t agree but a 10/10 shave

COVID has arrived at out house. Mentally I feel better for a shave although I'm feeling drained overall.

The RR 37 is more assertive than the newer 37C. I'm going to continue the shave off between them - there can be only one!
