Recurve First Shave, long hollow handle too heavy for me. Used 100+ first followed by .80. Fantastic head design, locks in a blade like no other I have used. Smooth and very efficient.

Proraso pre-shave, Omega EVO, Zingari Man Il Signore, Razorock Recurve 100+ & .80, Tatra blade, Omega alum, HAGS Cha Nova aftershave and Faceless balm, Cha Nova EDP to follow.

Saturday Smarch Twenty-First, Twenty Twenty-Six's Shave Of The Day was fun...

1051.jpg

PreShave: Long Warm Shower with Stirling's Almond Creme Bath Soap then Stirling's Orange PSO
Lather Gear: Yaqi 24mm Synth Mountain Lake whipped up Home-Made Sauvage IV in a Captain's Choice Copper Aquamarine
Razors&Blades: started with a unknown half blade shavette loaded with Shark Super Stainless Saloon... finished with the 1974 Gillette #84 Super Adjustable loaded with Shark SCSS WTG(3)
AfterShave Gear: Omega Alum Stick then Stirling's Deep Blue Sea PSB

so a little luck happened earlier today and the rest of our razors were found... didn't think a shavette shave could happen but we tried it anyway... overall it was very slow and we put the shavette down because of the bloodletting around the cookie-hole... some clean-up or finishing of the WTG was done with the bdayish Gillette...

Omega did a great job of stopping the blood-loss and Stirling has us sniffing good...

Have a Good rest of the Weekend and SOTDs ATGSrs...

Wilkinson TTO razor
Leponix synthetic brush
Studio 33c men's razor blade
Old Spice shaving cream
Old Spice classic aftershave
Old Spice Swagger body spray

Hot shower prep with Old Spice Swagger body swash and 2 in one shampoo / conditioner including beard

I don't know if the conditioner in the shampoo help to soften the beard but the blade does seem to do more cutting and less tugging. First pass brought it down to an acceptable level for the second pass. Third lathered pass brought it it to near BBS without irritation. Old Spice AS went on with minimal sting and Swagger added depth and complexity. All in all a fine afternoon shave.

A really nice bit of sink time on this Str8 shave Sunday. Just about ready to head out to meet up in the pub to watch the Match, a bit of a nailbiter for us today.
Enjoy your day all.
