I was expecting this answer from the king of badgers.No it isn’t. Shavemacs are nice but they aren’t £150 better. Sorry, they aren’t.
I wouldn't say a Shavemac is £150 better, but I also wouldn't classify my Yaqis as quality brushes. Going by my last MS brush, Shavemac are only £60 more but your going back about 3 years. I would definitely pay £60 more for the Shavemac. But everyone is different. For example I think the Omega 10009 boar when broken in is as good as many others, it is £23 quid cheaper than my MS and £83 cheaper than my Shavemac.
