I realized only today the brush can't be a Finest!
I just kept writing down what I thought it was on the site, but must have made a mistake Frank Shaving would have not made such an error!
This seems to be a Silvertip!
Oh well... we'll survive!

Thursday morning shave:

Pre.: Hot water rinse, organic coconut oil, Proraso green pre-shave cream
Brush: Plisson synthetic Pearl Grey
Soap: Meissner Tremonia - Lavender de Luxe
Razor: ShaveCraft #104 Tech on a Stork Classic aluminium handle
Blade: Rapira Platinum Lux (4th use)
Post.: Hot water rinse, alum, cold water rinse, Lucky Tiger Vanishing Cream, Cremo Cooling Post Shave Balm, Proraso green AS, Caron "Pour un Homme de Caron" EdT

Great shave this morning, the Rapira, the Tech, the Plisson, the MT soap, they all worked really good - a very enjoyable shave :D

Today I played a little bit with the method of angled strockes, similar to a simple slant, worked nicely, the blade cuts indeed with a little more ease.
Especially during the second, the atg pass. There it improved the cutting on the cheeks and chin and to a lesser degree on the neck.
Will try this the next shave again as it was nice to increase the comfort.

Wishing all an easy and smooth Thursday! :okay:

Pears Glycerine Soap
Gentleman's Face Care Club Caribbean Lime Shaving Cream
Yaqi Barber Synthetic Brush
Turkish Copper Bowl
Univinlions Japanese Style with a Proline P
Witch Hazel
Dove Moisturiser
Old Spice Fresh Lime

The use of shavettes for an extended period of time definitely fine tunes technique.
2 passes and a touch up for a fantastic finish:)

Thursday 27th June

Soap - Proraso Green
Brush - Yaqi Barbershop Plissoft
Razor - Yaqi Old Type
Blade - Viking's Sword (2)
Post - Witch Hazel
AS - Benjamin's Bay Rum with Pimento

A really great shave with the Yaqi OT and Viking's Sword, smooth and comfortable. First time using the third type of Benjamin's Bay Rum which doesn't seem to react as favourably to my face as the other two variants.

Thursday morning:

Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
Super Speed/Astra Green day 5
Lord Emofresh SC
Prep ASB
Booster Polar Ice AS Splash
Yves Saint-Laurent Pour Homme EdT

I can kick myself in the tukhis for selecting this setup and on the other hand I’m happy that I used it. It’s very hot here now and although this Lord is a wonderful cream, it’s too lightly mentholated. Everything else about it is great - it smells very nice, it lathers like crazy, and the postshave care is terrific. The Prep gave me some extra cooling that I needed as well as lots of moisturizing and soothing. The Booster Polar Ice aftershave (to me) smells beautiful but although menthol is listed as an ingredient, there’s NO cooling effect from it. This shave turned out beautifully BBS!
