Razorock Recurve razor

I can’t add anymore to what has been said by many here, myself and all those that across the internet shave forums have already surmised with the Recurve by Razorock. Simply a fantastic shave by a razor that shifts the paradigm somewhat on traditional shave design & geometry. Today it was the RC100+ paired with a Treet Platinum blade that delivered a comfortable yet effective shave in both smoothness & efficiency.

Since day one, not a single bad shave has been had on my part. It has met and exceeded my expectations and truly is a shave marvel in simplicity and overall shave performance.

Great write up mate. What handle is this? It’s nice.

I've finally got one (the mildest one they currently have to offer, RC100) I've shaved a few times with it but for some reason it is extremely blade forward it didn't work for me at all i have to be extremely careful i can feel it will bite if i don't pay attention, even after trying different blades the blade feel is just too much for me, such a shame i really looked forward for this razor.

Chances are you haven't fully tightened it down, even if you'd thought you had. The RC100 should feel like there's no blade in it.
If you'd gone for finger tight, crank it a bit more.

I really really tightened the handle to the head, so that's not it, i initially also thought it may be cause I haven't tightened the handle enough but i made sure I did, im really puzzled why this happens as from what I understood you should hardly feel any blade.

I'm starting to think it's a defect because the amount of blade feel is not normal for the character of the razor, as it says zero blade exposure (or neutral blade exposure) on the IB website
