It's the Victorinox knife that was issued to the Swiss army, it's the same toolset as the Pioneer but without the lanyard ring and the logo is the Swiss cross rather than the normal Victorinox logo. The other difference is that on the reverse of the tang there is a two-digit number representing the year it was manufactured for the army, 98 in my case.

They're a bit harder to track down than the Pioneer, but I wanted an actual Swiss army Swiss army knife. :)
