1.Two Pannini toasted slices of bread, buttered and salted.
2.Fresh grounded beef burger made in the Pannini toaster.
3.Pan fried egg.
4.Garden tomato slices
5.Guacamole souce (avocado, chopped tomatoes, red pepper, garlic, lemon juice)
All that packed between the slices of bread go in the Pannini for 1 min.

Mmmmm....tasty!

Any BBQ sandwich!

Shaved and heated Montreal smoked meat with hot mustard between two pieces of rye bread severed with a kosher pickle or two.

Shaved Tuscany ham, thin sliced Genoa salami on top and crowned with a thin slice or two of smoked provolone cheese between two pieces of rye bread.

Plain fine grind liver wurst spread thickly between two pieces of rye bread and don't forget some hot mustard.

Roast beast, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, black pepper on lightly toasted rye bread. Pickle and Cole slaw on the side.

Since it is summer then grilled bologna and bacon, American cheese, sliced tomato, Miracle Whip, and any bread I can get my hands on.

Cheese and apple, great for outdoors with a glass of cider

Very simply, grated mature cheddar cheese with a grated sharp green apple such as Granny Smiths on a thickly sliced bread of your choice, 2/3 cheese 1/3 Apple mix.

Can also be grilled on toast, also good but IMHO you miss out on the fresh clean taste of the apple.

One of the most memorable sandwiches I’ve ever had was barbecued brisket cooked to perfection. I just don’t remember where the joint was. The meat melted in my mouth. It was Soooo good! Mrs. chazt may remember where we were. Will ask her in the morning.
