Only possible issue is a fairly noticeable mark on the top cap, have contacted Shane just to enquire about it, shown below.

Do you mean on the sides of it, or the actual teeth themselves? I’ll have to have a feel of my platesNo I didn't say anything.
I was distracted by the rough edges on the oc plate lol
This is my second Era with the OC 3 plate.Do you mean on the sides of it, or the actual teeth themselves? I’ll have to have a feel of my plates
Ha!This is my second Era with the OC 3 plate.
The first was lovely and smooth in use but I foolishly sold it.
The one I recently purchased isn't smooth at all. The 3-d printing looks rough and the edges of the teeth are sharp.
I've given the teeth a file to make them smoother and remove the sharp edges.
As CNC Milling is my day job, I'm relieved that 3-d printing has a way to go before I'm unemployed lol
This is probably (but not definitely) adhesive from the packaging. Try cleaning it off first with adhesive remover or a magic eraser.Received my Era today, really happy with the feel and weight of it. Balance seems nice.
