Wow, nice hall. I love the SV dolomiti soap. One of my favs.Had a nice parcel of goodies arrive from Executive Shaving yesterday. It arrived literally seconds before I was leaving for the day so haven't had chance to try anything yet.

I know a lot of people will be really jealous when I show of what I copped last week but here it is...
Many people have also asked me how it compares to say a Wolfman or Timeless razor - or any other high end product but I'm not sure as it's still NIB and not sure I'll open it as these are hard to track down.
And sorry, no, not selling it at this time.

Received this lovely $22 Simpson Commodore X2 brush w/ Virginia Sheng 22ish mm Finest knot.
I used it this morning and if I hadn't been told that it was a VS knot I would quite honestly gone on here and declared how I now understand the high prices of Simpson brushes - that knot is amazing.
I will absolutely see about getting some of their knots for some other brushes as it was one of the best knots I think I've ever used (great backbone and very, very soft tips!).
Oh, the Simpson handle is quite nice as well
