I woke up with a rather blue outlook on life this morning. My better half gave me some time on my own, which I spent having a dip in the ocean. We then went for lunch with her brother, followed by a little shopping. Arriving home, she presented me with this. First time she ever gave me something shave related! Made me very happy, made me feel 'seen' and my interests acknowledged 
I have no clue about performance - have never used C&E - but the scent is divine and the wooden container wonderful. *happy, happy*

It truly is! Did Brad do everything or did he only do the handle? Not sure what the setup is between him and Sabini when it comes to Eur customers..Thank you Halvor

As I understand, is that Lee is doing everything and sends straight from UK to EU customers. But I'm not sure.

Brad turns all the handles, that much I know. And I know he sends some to Lee for knotting, but what I don't know is whether the knots they use for US and EU markets are the same and if indeed Lee does ALL handles for our market. Were you hit with those pesky, shall we say, top-up fees btw?

You obviously know more than me my friend, I payed brad 50$, and than got an invoice from Lee on the rest, when the brush was done..... But I don't understand why Brads brushes cost less than M&F brushes?

I paid Brad $50 per brush and Lee asked me, this morning, to pay him the balance in dollars, too.
My understanding is that Brad makes ALL the handles. These are then shipped to Lee for knotting. Lee then returns the completed brushes to Brad to send to US customers. Lee sends completed brushes direct to us in the UK, other EU countries, and some other non-US customers.

There are BSSW brushes, made of handles turned by Brad, knots sourced from a private vendor, installed by Brad. They are branded BSSW.
Then there are BSSW & M&F collaborarion brushes, made of handles turned by Brad and knots fashioned & installed by Lee Sabini. They are branded M&F.
Lee's knots carry cachet value, and naturally command a higher price.
*NOTE: Updated M&F knot construction methods, as the question has been raised to whether Lee is tying knots or fashioning via glue. What is not in question at this time is whether Lee is actually creating the knots.
