Brass General SE from Colonial Razors

This is an excerpt from a posting by Colonial Razors on a new Brass General V2.0 on their FB page......

Version 2.0 of The General:

-Machined only in the USA!
-Considerably sleeker than the original version!
-Brass prototype in hand!
-Amazing shaver!

Thought we'd give a teaser of what we've been working on behind the scenes. Still not ready to share pictures, as we have at least one more tweak left, which is mainly related to shortening up the length of the head a tad more.

We are also hoping to have our DE razor prototype in hand within the next few weeks. More to come on that at a later date.

I like the original General so much, I wouldn't chage a thing (except handle).
Titanium V1 is what I would go for in a blink of an eye.

Totally agree. I love the heft of the general. I also find it easy to shave under my nose (west to east and vice versa) so I don’t find it bulky either. Love it.

The last time I visited their website it claimed the SS General was being made in China so it's good to hear that these will be made In the USA, keep the jobs at home if at all possible. P.

Something to look forward to. A new razor as an early Christmas present to myself, not that I feel the need to justify buying another razor you understand :) P.
Same here, I will not deprive my Colonial collection of SE's of the new jewel. It will be interesting to see how it compares with the new slimline Blackland SE which I'm also getting. And I was so happy my RAD was under control................ I thought.

The Brass "General" version1, Is still my most favourite razor ever used. Would love to see a photo of the V2.
Not interested in the aluminium or SS. Brass for me is the best
