Sorry I'm clearly being thick as no one else has had a problem.... But what country is the money going to? I have chosen to "send money to friends abroad", but PayPal wants me to pick a country from a drop down list before I can proceed.

If you pay via PayPal it can tell that Yuri loves EUR and gives you the open to specify either the receiving amount which I did for the 17 euro raffle or the sending amount which I did for the £10 raffle- the exchange rates a horror for us Brits!
