Your coffee brewing method

After spending too much money on Nsspresso capsules or their equivalent, my wife just bought me a bean to cup machine for my birthday.

It was recommended through Which magazine "Melitta avanza f270-100 mystic titanium".

Now down another rabbit hole to buy the beans I prefer.

I highly recommend it.
Enjoy your machine. I can highly recommend Rave Coffee Italian blend. It’s very reasonably priced, very tasty and reliable.

hey no idea about these machines and excuse my ignore but do these machines really make that much greater coffee then even a moka pot on the stove?
Moka pots differ from espresso machines in that they brew under substantially lower pressure – 1.5 bars rather than 15 bars with this machine – and use hotter water – a mix of boiling water and steam at above 100°C (rather than 92°–96° of espresso machines), similar to early steam brewing machines.
The coffee is different, it is a matter of taste. This is a scaled down version of a more commercial machine. The tampering is done inside when the button is pressed and as such is automated. The machine grinds the beans through a hopper according to the setting I prefer and is of course variable as per each users preference. This machine can brew up to two cups simultaneously and I can vary the volume of coffee between 20ml and 250ml.
I can of course vary the strength of the brew with three different settings

Read only good things about the Aeropress. Need to try some nice coffees now, ones roasted in the U.K. Next up will be a grinder.
Couple of good local ones here:

Relatively local in your case.

Chemex or espresso maker every day. Sometimes both. At work we have a Nespresso but once I learned how to pour over and use the Breville (aka Sage) at home, there's no comparison. As you can see, the Chemex has certainly been well used. Of course, the quality of the beans really matters so I try various small batch folks around me or in the US -- for espresso beans, I particularly like Copper Horse Coffee (in Ithaca New York) (they also have a fabulous cold brew blend for iced coffee), while I use Copper Horse, Rojo's Roastery or a local place for coffee beans for pour over.
