I am considering another loaded omelet because I am trying to perfect it to my taste. I set a photo to my grandson who also enjoys cooking eggs and he laughed. I asked why and he said, "you burnt it".

On Mahoney Menu Today. Chorizo and Lemon Butter Haddock with Tenderstem Broccoli, Samphire, and Cavolo Nero.
And if the Chef says so himself, it was top nosh; the best compliment my Wife said she would have no problem paying £30 in a restaurant for that dish.

Looking forward to the Boss making some of her habitant French Candian soup for dinner tonight. It is far better than imo to what you get in cans from grocery stores.
