It will be lemon pepper chicken breasts done on a cast iron skillet tonight. There will be mashed spuds seasoned with Wasabi paste and a veg to go with that tonight

We are having shaved ham and Swiss cheese sandwiches on rye bread served with air fryer done French fries. Of course there will be Dijon mustard for the sandwiches and malt vinegar for the French fries.
