What's the dinner tonight?

Yeah these guys are very proficient in the kitchen. I make quiches myself occasionally and I can't imagine what size tin they use to make these. It must be a proper sized catering tin!
I'd love to watch them at work in the kitchens. The cakes and scones they make are gigantic too. Everything is super sized!

I don’t think I’ve ever attempted a quiche. If I do make eggs, I just go super low and slow with some heavy cream. Soft, creamy eggs on toast is about all I’m up for.

The eggy bit is very easy but it's the pastry base which takes the effort. Once you've got that bit, it's very easy. I often make two bases and freeze one to save the grief of making it again!

For Wednesday's dinner, it will be sandwiches and air fryer done French fries. The sandwiches will be made with Rye bread and Deli shaved, cooked and seasoned Angus beef with some nice Dijon mustard.
