We have been together for 40 years; those lustful days are mostly in the past. We are still very good friends, which is what will see you through the tough times in all relationships. You only get gold stars now for the quality of your painting & decorating, including the quality of your cooking and your technical skills. Long-lasting relationships are about respect, honesty, humour and loyalty, and we all have flaws, just always learn to forgive, never hold a grudge. I know it's an old one, but never sleep on an argument.
