One of my favourite ways to eat salmon. I often do a honey, soy and lime mix which is really tasty too. Very jealous of you this evening!

Yes, quite delicious, marinated for a few hours, then cooked in foil in my air fryer. PS, I was thinking of adding some honey, maybe next time.

I haven't had salmon for years, the last time I was staying in Perthshire near the Tay and a fisherman had caught a salmon and brought it into the hotel kitchen and sold it, it was longer than my arm. The chef came into the reception and said, 'Dinner is at 8pm tonight for all and I will do salmon steaks, cooked in different ways. He brought mine to the table, cooked in foil with butter and basil pesto, with new potatoes and white asparagus. An unforgettable meal.

My dog was snoozing in the bedroom, I took a chunk of salmon for her supper, she licked her lips for a full 30 minutes afterwards.

We have had our thin crust Canadian style pizza tonight. It was so good that we will have it again. Very happy to see a locally owned and run pizzeria putting out such a great pizza.
