You guys eat so much better than I do, a mistake that I am paying for with anaemia and taking tablets on an empty stomach.

I sometimes wish we had an extended family and every dinner was an event to prepare for and enjoy.

We don't have an extended family but I insist that we have a cooked dinner every day. It can be a chore for the boss to do and I thank her for her efforts. I make sure to take all my pills with with some food.

Breakfast for dinner, air fryer done spud chunks topped with country style eggs with breakfast sausages and brown beans in molasses sauce.
