This Beef Sirloin needs Seasoning/Searing before it goes in the oven for tonight. Spuds/carrots ready to go, runner beans to peel. Cooking it is tricky as I like it medium -SWMBO prefers it well done, have for years been trying to convince her that well done = Tougher !
French Canadian Pea soup with yellow split peas and big chunks of ham left over from the bone in ham we had for dinner a while back. Thick like a porridge so every spoonful is a meal. I despise the thin watery green pea soups.
