here's mine from last night

Roast chicken with neeps, tatties and roasted green veggies.

Ham bone in, scalloped potatoes and some veggies.

This Lamb was so good that yesterday we had some cold slices with mash, red cabbage, picallii, cole slaw and pickles.

This done by Mrs Mike. Venison Casserole, Mash, Green Beans/Peas. So tender and tasty- leftovers from Haunch of Venison we had a few weeks ago.

This Beef Sirloin needs Seasoning/Searing before it goes in the oven for tonight. Spuds/carrots ready to go, runner beans to peel. Cooking it is tricky as I like it medium -SWMBO prefers it well done, have for years been trying to convince her that well done = Tougher !

Centre cut pork loin roast, Mashed potatoes and gravy, veggies and apple sauce of course.

Veg soup, steak pie with mash and green beans, and sticky toffee pudding.

Another Cheesecake. This time it’s Ginger nut base, with Lemon Curd mixed in with cheese part. Very nice !

French Canadian Pea soup with yellow split peas and big chunks of ham left over from the bone in ham we had for dinner a while back. Thick like a porridge so every spoonful is a meal. I despise the thin watery green pea soups.

Last night was vegetarian sausage bolognese with trofiette pasta.

BBQ only a few sausages and burgers and salad. Bought this in M&S this morning, interesting label. Taste nice too.
