It is sesame paste.
In Greece we call it tahini.
Here in China it is called sesame paste.
Quite beneficial although it comes with a lot of calories as you may already know, but a teaspoonful is enough.

Here the nearest unprocessed cheese can be found approx. 18 miles away.
My assigned driver (from the shipyard) can take me of course but this weekend I wanted to rest...

So it's processed cheese for a few more days, sadly.
