got back from a walk took while the clouds are reloading for the next storm... had a weird & a cool thing happen... the road we live on goes to a small local highway by a bend on the highway... a driver honked & was stopped waving me to cross the highway... i never cross the highway by this bend... then i saw deer jogging toward the highway just ahead... they stopped before the highway... looked both ways... saw no vehicles & jogged acoss the highway...

Everyday I wake up is a Gift at my age. I was lucky never went to Vietnam. Even serving Stateside left me with injuries.
Had a great career. Love comfortable.

the clouds are still loading up... i went out to empty the burn barrel... & cleaned up that area... which had me using a 3lb dead blow hammer... so i got some of the frustration out i've had...
Good point. I think the same way about living in Canada. My bet is that most people would say that about the country they live in.

I'm pleased with myself; I got in early with a Christmas present for my high-maintenance wife, a Liberty Advent beauty calendar. It's been sold out early for the past 11 years; I now have massive brownie points in the husband bank. Happy wife, happy life.
