Sold a pair of hi-fi speakers, Spendor Ls3/5as, that have been hanging about unused for years for a decent price. I could possibly have got more but this was easy and I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle.

I never know what is good or bad in blood pressure, mother has a blood pressure of under 80 and the doc is concerned, mine is about 125 when resting, I thought that was ok but to check I looked it up, middle column Systolic, right column diastolic

Low	Less than 90	Less than 60
Optimal	Less than 120	Less than 80
Normal	120–129	80–84
Normal to high	130–139	85–89
High	Greater than 140	Greater than 90

If you guys are over 60 then 133/69 mm Hg would be average, not sure if average is the same as normal, maybe.
