Endocrinologist is dealing with a spinal specialist to come up with a solution, the schmorl's node is a size of a skin wart about 3mm in diameter, approximate 2 or 3mm deep into the bone, it's not too serious or severe, it's permanent.
1. I
DON'T have vitamin D3 deficiency, my VD3 blood test is WAY above 60, it at 90 ... Which means is PERFECT!!
2. I
DON'T have osteoporosis, so the schmorl's node cannot penetrate deeper into the bone.... FINGERS CROSS!!
3. I
DON'T have a broken bone in my T10 and T11, where both schmorl's node are located.
4. I
DO have a two "spondys diseases" combination of spondylitis and spondylosis for LIFE, born with spastic diplegic from L1 to L3, and also right hip sacroiliac (SI) joint issue.
5. Trust me, it bloody painful, my pain rate is between 5 and 7 range. UP and DOWN 5 to 7 every day on my lower back.
