Scent..and performance....Almost all of the soaps/croaps /creams I have are well researched and documented mid to to top shelf soap bases,so that was the easy part..

Proraso was the obvious first choice to get started.

Then I tried Geo F Trumper, Muhle, and Cella.

They all seem to perform about the same for me (creams and croaps), so at this point I’m moving forward on scents. Eucris was my favorite. Currently working on Trumper’s and Cella’s almond creams.

Performance always but lately I have been spending more of my money on UK soaps and especially producers local to my area like Signature Soaps. I can see this trend continuing for a while. I do have an upper price limit too which governs all purchases.
