It's a good and reliable product. It's replacement is already in the cabinet.

It is one the few remaining 'artisan' soaps that I really liked but largely because of chatillon lux and tallow base. I am tired of having to coddle the runny soaps in refrigerator when weather turns 35c+ here beside there isnt really much value left in such soaps when newer soaps are leaning away from tallow. I liked it but it will not be replaced since the present lot continues to be same ol' runny consistency.

An excellent product that performs superbly. I particularly appreciate that it doesn’t leave a greasy residue when washing hands after use.

Sadly, I won’t be replacing it as Mrs Plane didn’t like the scent. Have returned to Nivea…

I finished my bottle of Nivea aftershave balm also my bottle of DG classic aftershave died. There is about 3/4" of product left but the scent just disappeared. It is quite a few years old and fragrance especially fragrance kept in plastic doesn't last forever.

Another bottle of Snake Bite has bit the dust.
Yes, I know, bitten.
iirc, I opened it in October last year.
His brother has taken his rightful place on the shelf.
I save empties*.
When my last bottle of backup Snake Bite hits the shelf I plan to make and bottle* my own.
Less water, more menthol. I know! Right?

Very reliable performer. Always made a thick, smooth, lather that left my skin feeling comfortable. The scent was maybe a little‘industrial’ but pleasant enough.

Would buy again.

A sad day in my den: Areffa Time Dragon gave it's last shave. The soap and the splash ended in harmony on the same day.

I've had this for many years. At first I didn't like the smell. It reminded me of sick rooms and Vicks vaporub. As age mellowed the scent and my nose changed over time I grew used to it. I've replaced it with the cream version.
