After a 12-hour workday, I'm going home and scrolling through the globe from the online radio on the website Radio Garden, I came across Japanese radio Nonstop Casiopea from Niigata. This is good!

Your Technics system reminds me of an incident many years ago. I had bought a Quad system, the brand not a 4 speaker set up, the sound was superb. I suggested to the then girlfriend that she might like to come round. I had a Hendrix LP all lined up.

'its boring, I thought you would have bought a tower system in black', and only 10 watts, what good is that?' couldn't believe it when my mother agreed.

I had a Quad 33/FM3/303/Spendor Ls3/5a set up in the late 1970s to 1980s until I went over to Naim. The Quad was brilliant.
