I was wondering what recommendations for preshave balm/prep made in the UK people would have?

Hi Dan, I am new too ,just four DE shaves in. I have been using Executive shaving pre shave oil. It doesn't appear to be an oil at all. It doesn't leave that scum mark on your sink, works really well and feels great. I'm using a collection of soaps and they all seem to work fine with it.. Good luck

Taylor Of Old Bond Street (TOBS) have a couple of good preshaves. I also thoroughly enjoy Murdock's preshave, however it's best bought when on sale (large bottle can be bought for £5)

Do you find water soluble pre shaves basically just a face wash?
