Monster: The Ed Gein Story. Not as good as the one about Dahmer, I know it's a dramatisation and not a documentary but there are just too many points where it goes completely off-track and there are a number of glaring factual inaccuracies which then cast doubt over the rest of it. The accent bothers me too. Don't know if I'll finish the rest of the series.

Rewatching Castle... a fun show and the main reason i first watched it on tv is Captain Reynolds was forced to jump ship and got on Castle 5ish years later... just got into season 2 and the episode he wore his space cowboy get up...

Down Cemetery Road. It’s another Mick Herron adaptation and it shows in the dark humour and good plotting.

I watched "The Lowdown" over the past two weeks or so. I liked it a lot; it quickly establishes a sense of place and community, has a number of quirky characters, and an intriguing plot with a few twists (although it does fizzle out a bit at the end; I got the feeling they initially planned with one or to two episodes more, but I didn't mind too much since it was fun to spend time with the characters).

The Beast in Me. Another thumbs up from me.

I found it to be hard work to get through the first episode, and caught myself hitting fast forward. I didn't encounter one likeable/interesting character, and I feel like I know where it's headed.
