This is basically Soapy's choice 
At the moment for me I'd say, Noble Otter, Stirling, and Moon soaps.
As for a grail soap, if I'm understanding it correctly, it'd go to Saponificio Annamaria: Eucrante.
An amazing scent which is very reminiscent of Oddfellows sweets but has proven to be an acquisitional white whale.

Stirling soap ingredients is a lot LESS than B&M soap ingredients, Stirling soap ingredients will NEVER change in the future, Rod and Mandy from Stirling need to keep the cost of the amount of ingredients DOWN when making new soaps.
