The Atelier Razor (Aylesworth)

Today had what I suspect is my second proper Shave with The Atelier. Initially I tried it out with a Schick Proline, and Shaves were horrible,don’t think it takes that blade properly. Pleased to say that I had a very pleasant Shave, which went very easily with only a days growth to contend with. All my reservations about this Razor have disappeared.

Today had my 3rd consecutive Shave with The Atelier, having reloaded it with a Feather blade. Now it is working very well, and is capable of delivering Daily Shaves with no post Shave irritation. All Shaves smooth and a good close finish.

Getting to know this razor now it has a functioning blade on board.Got a super rich lather from the Mondial soap.Could have done a bit better around parts of lower lip, otherwise an excellent close finish. Looks like this one is going to be one of my favoured AC/SE Razors.

Another Shave with The Atelier with a quite dense growth to contend with.Am quite surprised and pleased how well it performed with the blade on its 6th outing. Convinced that this was a good purchase for me, and rate it above the Alpha Spirit which has been very good for me.
