Technique to shave a swirl?

My beard on my neck and even part of my face swirls. I have had good experience with figuring out which direction the hair grows generally and I do 3 passes - WTG, XTG and ATG. I then do a final touch up, where I attempt to go ATG by following the beard growth and essentially swirling with the razor. This has produced really nice results.

Not really. But on my final touch up pass, I shave by following the swirl of my beard in an attempt to go against the grain of the swirling grain of my beard.

Here’s my two cents.. 1, stretch your skin and twist the angle of the razor ~25-30°. Hold that angle as you begin and complete each stroke. 2, try a slant razor.
