What's the benefit of bleached Vs unbleached if you don't mind me asking?
Unbleached can smell more than a bleached one but not always. And in my experience unbleached ones end up with more backbone without having to rely on making the knot too dense but both end up with very soft tips but I’m sure others have contrary experiences but I prefer unbleached Zenith over bleached in the 6 or so brushes I’ve had.

Shumate's barber straight razor
Microtouch TTO razor
Astra superior platinum blade
Leponix synthetic brush
Arko shaving soap
Nivea aftershave balm
Fine'ry Two Billion

Prep was hot water on face

I did a quick morning shave with canned foam before I went up the road to vote. This is the proper shave I didn't have time for this morning.

I spent this afternoon running through my oilstones to get my rescue razor up to sharpness. I went from soft oils tone to surgical stone and then stopped it. This is its sharpening test. First pass I did with the straight. It still needs work for a comfortable shave. The Microtouch Astra combo did the cleanup work. It wasn't the most comfortable shave but restoring a hundred year old razor to usefulness is worth it. Happy Tuesday gentlemen!
