Soap • Stirling Haverford
Brush • APShaveCo 24mm Synbad
Razor • Razorock Game Changer. 68-P
Blade • Gillette Silver Blue (3)
Post • Stirling Haverford Splash

A couple of shaves in with this newly acquired .68 Game Changer base plate.
It's the polar opposite of the .84 Jaws plate, really quite mild. Perhsps a sharper blade may realise it's potential?
It gives a good shave, but regrowth is a bit faster than with say, my Timeless 0.68.
The .84 SB plate from memory was a fair bit more efficient, and not at all aggressive.
I like the slim profile of the head, making it easy to get to those pesky whiskers under the nostrils.

Enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend everyone

Aleppo soap- Shave pre wash
Stirling Syn 26mm
Ach Brito Mogno
Schick “O” Clone
Schick S/S Twin- Japan ( 5 )
Pitralon Classic A/S Lotion

A rather slow Shave due to areas of sore skin around the chin. Not the usual Top Notch finish that I get with this Razor/Blade combo.

Pre - Droyt's Vegetas Glycerine Soap
Brush - Jayaruh #291 Synth Tuxedo Knot
Soap - Ariana & Evans L'Orange Verte
Razor - Tatara Masamune / IKON Bulldog
Blade - Personna Med Prep
Post - Cold water Rinse
Balm - Barts Balm Cinnamon & Patchouli Lotion
A/S - Pinaud Gents Gin

I like the Bulldog / Tatara pairing, it seems to suit my technique better than the longer original handle.
A great scented lather from the A&E soap, 3 passes for a very comfortable BBS finish.
Enjoy your day all.

Wilkinson TTO razor
Trig Silver edge stainless steel blade
No name synthetic brush
Arko shaving soap
Brut (square bottle) aftershave

Hot shower with Dr Squatch soap

The Arko soap was medium to hard as far as density of the puck. It is somewhere between Van der Hagen and Mitchel's Wool Fat. When I transfered to my mug it made enough for three generous passes. It was very slick and plenty cushioning. I laid on the first lather and then put on my pants to let it soak in. First pass gave a smooth with the grain finish. I lathered up for a second pass across. I used the residual slickness to go against the grain. Even though this version of Brut is mostly alcohol it didn't sting all that much. It was a close comfortable shave.

Side note: The opening in the bottle is about 6mm, pour with caution.

Bit too much sun yesterday so opted for the unscented soap and a bowl lather. Excellent lather and shave.
